Welcome to the website of Warwickshire Welfare Rights Advice Service (WWRAS).

We are a not-for-profit advice agency for the people of Warwickshire.

Our remit is to raise the level of awareness of entitlement to Social Security Benefits, and to advise on how to claim them.

WWRAS acts as a resource for Warwickshire County Council staff and other advice-giving organisations in the County.

We are generally not directly available to members of the public. Individuals in Warwickshire should look at our list of Useful Local and National Agencies.

We provide the following support services for Advisers:

Our services for claimants (on referral from Advisers only) are:

If you feel that you have not been treated fairly, or advised adequately, you have the right to make a complaint - read/download our Complaints Procedure: A User's Guide for more details.
